Art Atikune is a Life and Leadership Coach whose mission is to help engineers, analytical professionals, and business leaders to conquer stress and integrate wellness, purpose, and passion into their lives.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Rollins College.  He has also received certifications as a RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Before becoming a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Art led software development teams for both small startups and large multinational corporations. With over 20 years experience in the high tech field, he intimately understands the pressures and challenges faced by engineers, engineering leaders, and executives. He has over 10 years of experience leading successful agile transformations, during which he came to recognize the importance of mindset and emotional intelligence as a critical component of effective cross-functional teams. Art is committed to empowering people to create success without burning out or sacrificing what is most important in their lives.
